Shipping Policy
Service Area: We currently ship exclusively within India.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, your order should reach you within 10 business days.
Remote Locations: Please note that deliveries to certain remote locations or specific pincodes may experience slight delays depending on our delivery partner’s network.
Returns & Refunds
At Pomelo Days, we maintain strict quality control. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered).
2. How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:
- Timeline: Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@pomelodays.com.
- Details Required: Your Order Number. Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
3. The Return Process
- Approval: Once we review your email and images, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Pickup: Upon approval, we will arrange a return pickup from your original delivery address.
- Inspection: Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a physical inspection to verify the reported issue.
- Refunds: After the inspection is complete and the return is officially approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Note: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Products that show signs of use or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
We pack and dispatch orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Once this window has passed or the order has been handed over to our delivery partner, we are unable to process a cancellation.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at hello@pomelodays.com with your order number. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
